Starting a #100daysofcode challenge (2024)
Starting a 2024 #100daysofcode challenge.
Today was day 1, interested in picking up a new language, so I spent some time reading & experimenting with Go.
Still not sure if I want to go deeper, as I’ll be using Java in my degree & many jobs available with that.. so I’m split between Java, Go and Ruby right now.
The benefit of Go & Ruby is that they’re used more in DevOps, which is the direction I’m inclined to head long term. However you can’t go wrong with Java in terms of potential opportunities too.
